ASSISTANT PROGRAMMER (PROJECT BASED CONTRACT)
Requirements
Experience: 6 months + Mobile App Development
Mobile Apps: At least one app in Apple’s App Store and/or Google’s Play Store.
Languages: Java Script, C#, C++, CSS, XML, JSON, RESTful web services, Titanium SDK, MVC Design Pattern, Java and Objective-C/Swift.
Developer Environments: Appcelerator Studio, Unity, Blender, Xcode, Apache Cordova, Ionic, React Native, Android Studio, Angular Mobile and/or Eclipse.
References : At least two (2).
Responsibilities and Essential Duties :
1. Design and build Native Apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
2. Design and build Hybrid Apps.
3. Display working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
4. Collaborate with development staff to integrate user interfaces with back end systems using synchronous and asynchronous mechanisms such as messaging and web services.
5. Optimize new and existing applications using best practices to insure appropriate performance and usability standards are met.
6. Document and design user interface specifications, component specifications, and workflow processes using appropriate modeling and design tools.
7. Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members.
